The front of the building shows its entrance which has an awning over it. The awning has a sign hanging from it that reads, "CN Fort Langley." In front of the entrance is a cart. The top right corner of the linocut shows power lines that connect to the roof of the building. Grass is visible below the platform at the bottom of the linocut.
