The report is a black and white photocopy, and describes multiple suggestions, and includes a table of commercial businesses which should be allowed or prohibited, folded near the back of the report on larger paper. The final page of the report is a colour map of the Township, with areas of the map in red, according to the policies recommended in the report. The title page of the report has a black and white map of the Township centered on the page, with the words "LANGLEY IN THE SIXTIES:/ A POLICY FOR DEVELOPMENT" overlaying the top portion of the map. In the bottom left corner are the numbers "711.4035 LTF," suggesting this is a photocopy of a library or similarly catalogued copy.
