Small metal sheave; silver color; approximately 1.25" in diameter; circular indentation in the center on both sides; mostly circular with one flat area; small triangular protrusions on either side of the flat area; inscribed on both sides with "The Silentis Sheave No. 16993 / Note Gauge Flanges / Use No. 17297 Track" and "Pat Feby 7. 1905 / F. Keil & Son / New York".
