A black and white photograph of the three floors of Heritage Manor on Glover Road as it was being built. There is a wooden wall separating the sidewalk from the construction site which has been painted in a swirling pattern. On the second floor of the building, there is a sign just left of center that says "HM/ HERITAGE/ MANOR". There is another sign to the right of it that says "CENTRA/ SIDING LTD/ 534-9334". In front of the wooden wall, there is a bare tree on the far right, with a sign reading "FORT LANGLEY/ ALBION FERRY/ LANGLEY/ TO RTE. 1/" to the right of it. The exterior of the building appears to be mostly complete, and just has a wooden scaffolding on the outside as the windows finish getting installed.
