Fonds consists of 2.0 cm of documents relating to the Onstage Langley Cultural Centre Society, including report to members of the Langley Arts Council re: a cultural centre meeting, dated 15 March 1990; a copy of the letter sent by Pat Mugridge, Vice-Chairman of the Cultural Centre Committee to the Township of Langley regarding the designation of a Cultural Centre Site dated 10 September 1991; and minutes from meetings held by the society from 13 February 1992 until 9 November 1994; yellow bi-fold pamphlet advertising the On Stage Langley Cultural Centre Society; 8 colour photos including one of Rosette McDonald and Sylvia Anderson with an On Stage Langley float before a May Day Parade in Fort Langley in 1999, 4 photos of On Stage Langley members posing in their T-shirts and some in masks, dated May 2000, and 3 photos of a float in a parade representing arts groups in Langley dated June 2000.
