Grey metal box with "inter-matic" engraved on the front; front panel opens on the box; circles on the sides of the box; on the back are four holes of varying sizes that make an upsidedown T; piece of metal coming through a whole in the front which holds the box shut; inside the box is a loose electrical timer; large circular 24 hour clock split into four times of day; single hand in the middle; several gears behind clock; two wires on the back.
