The fonds consists of 3 volumes of ringed binders, containing a photocopied copy of Nelson Denys' 1927 manuscript "Place Names of the Lower Fraser Valley", which includes an alphabetical listing of places, a dedication and covering letter to Reverend John C. Goodfellow, a discussion of various First Nations in the Lower Fraser Valley, B.C. area, and local pioneer histories. Each place name has its own page and is accompanied by a description of what it is and how it came to be named. This fonds is comprised on hundreds of pages.
