The title is above him. Below it reads "Diamond Edition." It was printed in London by Chapman and Hall, 193, Piccadilly. It dates to 1880. It is 458 pages. The book is dedicated to "The Earl Russell" in remembrance of "Many Public Services and Private Kindnesses." The title page has two signatures on it which are hard to make out, one appears to say "Ethel M.G. Barron."
