Small cloth Bennington flag stapled to a bronze coloured plastic stick. The flag has 7 white and 6 red stripes and 13 white stars on it and it reads, "76," in white within the navy blue square located at the top left side of the flag. The stick has a bronze coloured plastic point on the top. The plastic stick reads, "Golden State MFG. No. Hollywood, CA." This flag belonged to Geoffrey Nash. The Nash family lived on Boundary Road (0 Avenue) along the US border. Geoffrey ended up enlisting in Blaine, Washington, for service in the First World War, and might have received this flag during this time.
