A softcover directory titled "Address Directory for New Westminster and Fraser Valley, 1911." The directory has advertisements on the front and back covers. The covers are green-grey boards. The spine has been replaced and repaired with masking tape that has handwriting in black marker which reads: "Westminster Directory 1911/ ADS/ Clubs/ Parks/ Hotels/ Etc." Pages have been badly scribbled on.
