This building was originally located at the corner of 272 Street (Jackman Road) and 0 Avenue. It was built in 1919 as a Canada Customs House, and run by Sam Campbell. When he retired in 1936, Stan Wright took over the position, and a new customs house was built. Wright purchased this building as a residence and had it moved 1/4 mile to its present location of 26807 0 Avenue.
