Mufford Residence (Wallace Victor Mufford)
Wallace Victor Mufford was born in 1894, was the son of Jonathan Hicks Mufford, and was one of the first students at Langley High School. He was involved in the family operation, the Thorndale Hatchery. He spent most of his life in this house, built ca. 1910, which stands on the Hog's Alley portion of Medd Road (now 64th Ave.) Wallace died here in 1964 while planting his garden.
