Worrall House (Percy Worrall House)
According to former owner/resident Percy Worrall, the oldest portion of this house was constructed in 1898 on land originally owned and logged by James Houston. Chinese labourers are believed to have lived here while they did a secondary clearance of the land. Circa 1910-1914 the property was part of the 160 acre Bartlett estate. Percy took title in 1925 and lived here for 59 years until his death in 1984. The house was included in the 1985 Heritage Inventory, but was torn down some time later (before 2004).
