Smart house, 20773-74th Ave, built in the 1920's. The property might have first been settled under the Soldiers Settlement program following the First World War. The Smart family were early owners; they lived here in the summer and in Vancouver during the rest of the year. They sold the property to John Henry in the early 1930s. The McQuays were the next owners, and they raised chickens and strawberries here.
