Barichello, Richard (Dick)
Dick Barichello was born in 1933 and was the youngest son of Guiseppe (Joe) and Dorothy Barichello (nee Lee), who married in Murrayville in 1919. (Dorothy was the daughter of pioneers James and Edith Lee.) Dick married June, and had at least four children, Arlene, Sheri, David and Duane.

Cummings, Daniel, 1889-1989
Daniel Cummings was born on 18 July, 1889 to Roderick Cummings and Flora Matheson. He married Rizpah Selby-Hele on 25 March, 1914. Daniel died on 27 November, 1989.

McLeod, Neil
Neil McLeod was born in Nevada in approximately 1880. He was working as a clerk in New Westminster when he married Nelly (Nellie) Martha Ennis on April 22, 1914. He was the father of Howard Neil McLeod.

Monahan, Samuel Hugh
Samuel Hugh Monahan was born on 14 July 1892 to Robert Monahan and Ellen Nelson. He married Nellie Robertson on 13 October 1914. Samuel died on 7 May 1978.

Porter, Eldon (Eldie)
Eldon (Eldie) Porter was the son of P.Y. and Nellie Porter, born in 1925. His parents' ran the Porter store at Murrayville's 5 Corners. After his father retired from being the postmaster at the store in 1960, Eldie succeeded him and did the job until the post office closed in 1972. When his father retired from the store in 1979, Eldie took it over until his death in 1997. During Eldie's time running the store, it became well known for lawnmower sales and repairs. Eldon passed away in 1997.

Porter, Laverne
Son of P.Y. and Nellie (Eleanor) Porter, born in 1914. He married Alice May Davidson of Vancouver in 1939; she had been a member of the Langley High School staff. The couple lived on Jefferson Road in Murrayville after their wedding.
