Description

Rag doll, reversible, multi-coloured fabrics. Drawn faces with blue eyes and yellow hair. One side has a blue checkered gingham fabric with red cape and hood. One side has dark blue to black fabric with small blue flowers, white lace trim and a white apron.

Bournes, Elizabeth, Mrs.

Elizabeth Bournes, nee Mallet was born in England in 1861. She married William Bournes in 1888 and settled in New Westminister. Her mother, Janet Mallet (1833-96) bought land next store. Elizabeth had three children, Rosina Maud, Ellen Elizabeth, and Beatrice Mabel. She died 1934.
