Davidson, Hugh
Hugh Davidson was born in 1864 or 1865 in Ontario. He married Margaret Jane McKee on March 11, 1898. They had 3 children: a son who died young, John, and a daughter. Hugh co-owned a store at Murrayville with Robert Riddell. Hugh died on May 17, 1950.

Mufford family
Thomas Prior Mufford, his wife, and their children arrived in Langley, B.C., in 1885 from the goldfields of California, their original destination when they left Cornwall, England, in 1873. They settled on the north end of the Hudson's Bay Company Farm in Fort Langley. Thomas Prior Mufford's brother and his wife, Joseph and Ann (nee Francis) Mufford, ended up settling in Langley, too.

Thomas Prior Mufford, born in Cornwall, England in 1838. He married Millicent Udy in England and had 2 children before coming to Ontario in 1874. The Thomas Mufford family settled in Langley in 1885, and had 9 children total. Thomas died in 1907.
