Murrayville Presbyterian Church
In 1925 the Presbyterian, Methodist and Congregationalist churches amalgamated to form the United Church of Canada. A number of members from the Sharon Presbyterian Church in Murrayville were against this unification and broke away to form their own congregation. They built themselves a new Murrayville Presbyterian Church in 1928 on the site at 4828 216A Street. A change in congregation in 1995 resulted in a new name - the Saint Nicholas Canadian Orthodox Church. The building is well kept and retains its original appearance.
