1 photograph col ; 15 x 10 cm. This is a photograph of people attending the Arts Facilities Trust Lunch meeting in 1994, showing the right-side of the meeting room at the Best Western Hotel in Langley. The photograph is poorly lit so the people are less visible as a result. But there are five people seated at that table, four men and one woman. All appear to be wearing business attire, with white shirts and black jackets, as well as name tags. The tables are covered in white linen and set with plates of food, cutlery, white napkins, glasses, and water decanters. There are also blue brochures, perhaps meeting agendas, in front of the people. There is a partial view of a woman's face on the left bottom corner and the back of someone's head on the right bottom corner. The seated people with their faces visible appear to be listening to someone speak out of view to the photographer's right. Behind the seated people, there are windows with drawn white blinds. The walls are plain white with a illegible small poster or framed painting above the second seated person from the right (next to the woman wearing a white shirt). In the corner (near the top right corner of the photograph), there is a wooden shelving unit with a "Best Western" sign atop it. The carpet is a dark brown low pile. There is no handwritten note on the back of the photograph.
