Mufford, Thomas Prior
Thomas Prior Mufford, born in Cornwall, England in 1838. He married Millicent Udy in England and had 2 children before coming to Ontario in 1874. The Thomas Mufford family settled in Langley in 1885, and had 9 children total. Thomas died in 1907.
