Inscription in ink on back reads: "This picture was printed from a negative taken in 1900, near 150 Mile House. It shows a stagecoach pulled by six horses. Riding on top of the stagecoach are Mrs. Elizabeth McLaren and her brother, Mr. A[rthur] Anderson. When this picture was taken she and her brother Arthur lived at 150 Mile House".

Anderson, Arthur

Arthur Anderson was the brother of Elizabeth McLaren (nee Anderson). Owner of the Murrayville Garage. He purchased the garage in 1912. He sold the garage in 1944. He and his wife also lived at 21493 48 Avenue (the "Monahan House"). He is the father of Benny Anderson.
