Brandow, Kay (nee Hutchison)
Kay Hutchison was born in Manitoba on December 27, 1908, to John Henry and Sarah Jane Hutchison, from England. Her parents died when she was young, and Kay and her sister were raised by their aunt and uncle in Vancouver. She married Harold Graham Brandow in 1934 and the couple moved to Langley. Harold and Kay worked in Mr. Plewe's drugstore, and Harold later bought it out. Harold worked in the drugstore for over 50 years, and the couple's son later owned it.
