A biscuit tin. It is a red tin box with a red lid. The cookies were made by Biscuitfabriek De Lindeboom in Mijdrecht Amsterdam (Holland). On the top of the lid is an oval shaped drawing showing two women and a man gathered around a table. The image is framed in white flowers. On either side of the tin are drawings showing stereotypical scenes of Holland, including windmills and boats. On one end are the instructions, written in English, "to keep in a cool dark place".
