Soldiers of the "C" Company, 2nd Battalion of the Westminster Regiment (Motor), also called the Langley Home Guard, at the Blair Range boot camp in North Vancouver. The soldiers are organized into three approximate rows with the front row crouching down and the soldiers of the back two rows standing up. All of the soldiers are holding rifles aimed skyward except for two men who are wearing darker coloured hats with badges at the centre. One of these two men is standing at the far left of the rows of soldiers and the other is walking in front of the rows.
