Construction of Langley Central's auditorium. Caption reads "AUDITORIUM for Langley Central School is well under construction by Tristate Construction Co. This photo illustrates the contour of the foundation upon which the walls are rising this week. The addition to the school will give pupils a place to congregate and to play when they cannot go out of doors. It has been set to the north-east corner of the main school".

This building was originally Langley High School. It later became Langley Central School, before finally being Langley Central Fundamental School. It burned down in the 1990s.
