1 red cedar shake; solid wood; approximately 10.5" long and 2.5" wide; mostly straight edges with a slight bend/curve near the middle; thin on one end, gradually gets thicker towards the other end (just over 1/2" at the thickest point); one side of the shake is flat; the other side of the shake has one thin, flat half and rest is rougher with jagged edges; there is a 1" long slightly curved gouge on the top (flat) side of the shake, about 2/3 of the way down.
