Map titled "1939 Map of The Fraser Valley". Langley has been outlined in red and the following locations underlined: Fort Langley, Langley Prairie, Murrayville, Otter School, Aldergrove, and Glen Valley. Map features an advertisement for A.E. Austin & Co. Ltd. (estates and investments).
One of 58 maps from Walter or Otway Wilkie salvaged by the donor from the red Wilkie residence at the corner of Brown and Sellers Road [?] shortly after the death of Mr. Wilkie (in the 1950s?). Donor believes that Mr. Wilkie worked for the CNR (or CPR?) and possibly the Great Northern Railroad. The maps were never used by the donor. Only 6 of 58 maps kept kept by LCM, the remaining maps were transferred.
