Red, black and white felt patch; "ASN CANADA FIA" is embroidered across the top in black, while a white race car in front of a red background is embroidered in the centre; organization is ASN as designated by FIA (the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile, or in English, the International Automobile Federation). The organization was founded by FIA after Canada's original National Sporting Authority, Canadian Automobile Sport Clubs (CASC), was expelled from the FIA in 1990. This was after the Langley Speedway had closed, but would have been collected by the donor due to his association with racing and the Langley Speedway.
