Description

The fonds consists of an invitation to Mr. Rawlinson and family to attend the opening of the new Parliament Buildings in Victoria, B.C., February 10, 1895. Includes photograph copy of Buildings with a list of the Executive Council and Members of Legislative Assembly elected 1896.

Dragan, William A.

William Andrew Dragan was born in 1896. He came to Aldergrove in 1908 with his family. William would marry Ruth Irene Blakely (1898-1960). She was possibly his second wife. He had a child named Marie Ruth Alberta Refausse (nee Dragan) in 1924. She passed away in 2019. William lived on a farm in Aldergrove. His daughter would describe it as being near the public school and the pacific highway. He died in 1970.
